The Small Print

If you wish to request a refund or return an item, please contact us in the first instance on 082 388 3654 or email us at info@theclassicbladecompany.co.za If you need to return goods to us for any reason, please forward the tracking information of the parcel to us once it has been sent. The Classic Blade Co. (PTY) LTD does not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit when returned.

Our reputation for finest quality products and service is paramount and we delight in individual customer service. If however having received your purchases you are dissatisfied, you may of course exchange items or return them to us for refund. All items returned must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any grooming software products e.g. Shaving cream, soap, brushes etc., for obvious Health and Hygiene reasons, unless an incorrect item has been shipped.

Except where a manufacturing fault exists items are returned at customer expense. In the unlikely event of having to return a faulty item to The Classic Blade Co. (PTY) LTD we will refund postage / shipping or offer product to cover the cost of the return.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so within 5 days of order or receipt of goods. If the items have been dispatched we will refund the purchase value of the goods, excluding the shipping cost within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in perfect resalable condition and in original packaging. If you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched we will refund the order value in full. If, when your order arrives, you have any issues with the quality of the items you ordered or the contents of the parcel please contact us urgently and retain all packaging and content. If you suspect that the parcel may have been tampered with please take photographs of the parcel before proceeding to open it. This photographic evidence may be vital as proof of missing items.

In the event of a refund being agreed with a customer, for whatever reason, The Classic Blade Co. (PTY) LTD reserves the right to charge a small administration / handling fee.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery Policy

The Classic Blade Company strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. All orders are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on the day of ordering. Orders over R1000 are free, shipping for orders under R1000 will be charged at R50 per shipment. Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur an additional delivery charge. Orders are delivered via either Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy and can be tracked using the waybill number provided on one of these websites www.dawnwing.co.za or www.thecourierguy.co.za.
